What is the Starting Point Session?+

A complimentary, no-pressure visit: you meet one-on-one with a coach, take an InBody body composition scan, go through a functional movement assessment, talk through your goals, and get a coached session preview. There is no obligation at the end of it.

What is an InBody scan and why does it matter?+

It is a quick, non-invasive body composition scan measuring muscle, body fat and water. It gives your coach a real baseline to program from and gives you something more useful than a bathroom scale to track over time.

Do I need to be fit before I start?+

No. Most members walk in after a long break from training. Your first weeks are built from your movement assessment, at a load that suits you, not from what anyone else in the session is lifting.

Am I too old for this?+

Our members are adults 40 and over, strongest in their 50s and 60s, and we coach members well into their 70s and 80s. This is not a young, high-intensity crowd.

How is this different from a group fitness session?+

Everyone in the room is on their own program. A coach is on the floor every session, coaching you as an individual. Sessions are capped at six members so that is actually possible.

How long is a session and how often should I train?+

About 55 minutes. Most members train two to three times a week, and sessions roll over so a busy week does not cost you anything.

Are there contracts?+

No contracts. Members stay because the coaching keeps working.

Where do I park?+

Free parking at the studio on West Olympic Boulevard, Units 102/103, no meters, no circling the block.
